Accounts Payable Specialist (manufacturing company)

To address growth, 50+ year-old manufacturing company has an opening for an Accounts Payable Specialist. Direct-hire position with competitive benefits!

Duties:

• Enter, process, and verify invoices for payment, ensuring proper coding and approvals
• Assist with AP vouchering
• Prepare and execute weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Assist department with gathering information for year-end audit

Experience

• 1+ year of accounts payable (AP) experience
• AP experience within a manufacturing company
• ERP systems experience
• AAS degree (in accounting or similar) a plus
• Ability to pass a drug test

Salary: $25-26/hr.
