Responsibilities
Accounts Payable
- Process vendor invoices accurately and timely
- Review invoices for approvals, coding, and supporting documents
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Process ACH payments, online payments, and check runs
- Maintain vendor files and records
Additional Accounting Support
- Reconcile company credit card statements
- Assist with month-end close tasks
- Improve AP and billing workflows where possible
Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable or Accounting experience
- Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office experience
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced office
- Professional communication skills
Preferred
- Experience in HVAC, construction, plumbing, or service industry
- NetSuite or ERP software experience
- Month-end close experience
- Bilingual Spanish/English
