Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

We are hiring a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist for a growing manufacturing company in Fountain Valley. This is a direct hire opportunity offering strong benefits, and a great team environment. Position is onsite. 

Salary: $75,000–$80,000 DOE

What You’ll Do:

• Full-cycle accounts payable processing (must be comfortable in a high-volume environment)

• High-volume 2-way and 3-way matching

• Process purchase orders, invoices, check runs, ACH, and wire payments

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

• Review invoice approvals and coding

• Process expense reports

• Assist with month-end close

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of full-cycle AP experience

• Strong PO and 3-way match experience

• Experience in high-volume or complex AP environments

• ERP system experience required

• Intermediate Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
