Job Title:Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Atlanta, Ga (hybrid)

Pay: $55,000-$65,000/year

Job Description

• Review and verify employee expense reports for compliance with company reimbursement policies and accurate general ledger coding
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and proper general ledger classification
• Post invoice and expense report batches into the financial system from Chrome River
• Process semi-monthly and special weekly check runs as needed
• Prepare reimbursement reports for ACH processing
• Record ACH and wire payments
• Reconcile and verify corporate credit card transactions to ensure accurate coding and timely payment
• Respond to internal and external inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
• Ensure all transactions are posted prior to month-end close
• Confirm all documents are properly uploaded into the AP document management system
• Train new employees on Chrome River expense reporting software
• Support other projects and assignments as needed
