Our products are available at major retailers across North America.ResponsibilitiesProcess invoices using 3‑way match, ensuring PO, receive documents, and invoice align before payment.Obtain necessary approvals and apply GL coding for non‑PO invoices, including manual check requests.Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and resolve discrepancies.Collaborate with Purchasing, Receiving, and other departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and correct coding issues.Assist with monthly reconciliation of accounts payable accounts and prepare relevant reports.Support month‑end close processes by ensuring timely invoice processing and providing documentation for financial reporting.Perform other duties as assigned.Required Skills and AbilitiesStrong understanding of accounts payable processes, including 3‑way match and GL coding.Experience with manual check requests and vendor payment management.Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic‑to‑intermediate) and JD Edwards.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and inter‑departmental collaboration.Ability to resolve discrepancies and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED; or one to three years of related experience/training; or equivalent education and experience.Verifiable history of safe vehicle operation and meeting company driving eligibility standards (clean driving record).Preferred QualificationsAssociate degree in Accounting or related business field; or equivalent education and experience.Knowledge of GAAP, basic bookkeeping principles, recordkeeping, budgeting, cost allocation, auditing, and financial reporting.Basic Excel and computerized accounting application skills.Physical DemandsWork primarily in a standard office environment with frequent interruptions.Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods; occasionally stoop, bend, climb, kneel, crouch, reach, or twist.Lift, carry, push, or pull light to moderate weight up to 30 lbs.Operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination, including use of a computer keyboard.Stand for long periods in an upright position; walk on even and uneven surfaces.Frequently stoop, crouch, and kneel.Hours & Workdays8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
