The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Manager. Ideal candidates will have experience 5+ years of accounts payable in a management or lead position with strong knowledge of payment process strategies, P-Card strategy, and vendor negotiations.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all Accounts Payable functions and act as point of escalation for a timely account of issues
  • Standardize and optimize Process to pay processes
  • Support month end closing, reconciliations, and general ledger postings
  • Ensure compliance 
  • Provide leadership and over-site for employees including professional development
  • Support internal and external auditors
Qualifications:

Education Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or related field

Experience Required

  • 5+ years of accounts payable experience including account reconciliations, vendor negotiations, and P-Card 
  • 5+ years experience in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of process improvement strategies
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
