  • Accurately process a high volume of invoices in a timely manner
  • Review and identify discrepancies, including issues related to quantity, pricing, and tax, and escalate as needed
  • Assist with invoice validation, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes
  • Work with Supply Chain and Receiving teams to resolve purchase order discrepancies
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and respond to payment-related inquiries
  • Good Excel skills
