Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Enter approximately 100 vendor invoices into the Accounts Payable system each week.
  • Review invoice information for accuracy before data entry.
  • Perform clerical filing and maintain organized accounting records.
  • Assist the accounting department with general administrative tasks.
  • Support the team in maintaining accurate financial records.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Some accounting knowledge preferred (recent Accounting graduate is a plus).
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must be punctual and dependable.
  • Team-oriented attitude.
  • Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
  • Experience with accounts payable or data entry is preferred.
