A growing hospitality management organization is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join its accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys high-volume AP processing, and values a collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Review and process a high volume of invoices daily
• 
  
• Verify invoice coding, dates, and supporting documentation
• 
  
• Process expense reports and related accounting entries
• 
  
• Respond to vendor inquiries and communicate with hotel properties
• 
  
• Assist with invoice selection for payment processing
• 
  
• Maintain accurate financial records and AP documentation
• 
  
• Support the accounting team with additional administrative and financial tasks as needed
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• 3–5+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• 
  
• Strong understanding of AP processes and accounting principles
• 
  
• Experience with accounting software and invoice processing systems
• 
  
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• 
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 
  
• Ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment
• 
  
• Hospitality or hotel accounting experience is a plus
•
