What You'll Do

As a Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk, you'll play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly. You'll help ensure invoices are accurate, vendors are supported, and payments are processed on time.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Review, code, and enter invoices for payment
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain strong relationships
  • Audit and process company credit card expenses
  • Process check requests and ensure timely payments
  • Assist with month-end closing activities
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial records
  • Provide support for audits and reporting needs
  • Partner with the finance team to meet department goals

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys working with numbers and systems.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of clerical or administrative experience (AP experience preferred)
  • Strong data entry and computer skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Nice to Have:

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
