Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk

• Process invoices and expense reports accurately while verifying documentation, approvals, and purchase orders as the Accounts Payable Clerk
• 
  
• Enter and maintain accounts payable data within company accounting systems, ensuring timely payment processing as the Accounts Payable Clerk

• Reconcile vendor statements, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate issue resolution with suppliers as the Accounts Payable Clerk

• Prepare AP‑related journal entries, manage aging reports, and assist with month‑end close activities as the Accounts Payable Clerk

• Maintain vendor records, W‑9 documentation, and support annual 1099 preparation as the Accounts Payable Clerk

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Clerk

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience
• 
  
• Experience with CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds required
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
