Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process vendor invoices accurately and timely
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and prepare payment schedules
• Maintain organized records of all financial documents
• Maintain our corporate credit cards, including vendor auto-payments and related invoice entry, and month-end reconciliation efforts
• Handle AP related emails/mail received electronically or via USPS at office
• Communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work Monday to Friday on-site with an 8-hour shift
• Motivated to learn and contribute to a fast-paced team environment
