Come create your career with VoltVolt is immediately hiring an Accounts Payable Associate in Fort Collins CO.This is a 6-10 month contractAs an Accounts Payable Associate you will• Assemble and process invoices for payment• Verify vendor information including addresses and Federal ID numbers• Review invoices and requisitions to ensure proper coding and approval• Check vendor files for previous payments and maintain accurate records• Maintain organized files of invoices documentation and correspondence• Research and resolve discrepancies related to invoices and payments• Assist with bank reconciliations and general accounting support• Generate periodic reports and maintain financial records• Perform general administrative and accounting-related tasks as needed• Communicate effectively with team members regarding financial informationThis is a 6-10 month assignment.
