At IRI, we know that our success is directly tied to our clients' success.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Understand AP process in area of expertise (Invoice to PO matching, EDI, Self –Service Employee Voucher System)Process Travel voucher audits and match AP invoices in all AP related systems (Concur, DAX PRS, DAX indirect & direct, IntelliRescue)Verify accounting combinations, appropriate authorizations, accuracy, calculate and record use taxProcess AP payments from all systems includingPrepare and upload positive pay files, process stop paymentsAnalyze/problem solve AP transactionsReconcile GL balances, research, negotiate and/or dispute incorrect chargesParticipate with implementation of ERP AP system, EDI and Self-Service Employee Voucher SystemParticipate in the development/maintenance of process documentation of AP processesIdentify continuous improvement opportunities within Accounts PayableAssist in developing and implementing identified improvement opportunitiesBuild effective relationships between Accounts Payable and our various internal customers (division, corporate functions and relevant operations)Assist with further AP activity roll-insQualificationsRequired Skills:Expert AP cycle process knowledge sufficient to coach and train team with analytical and problem solving abilityDemonstrated flexibility and adaptability to changing prioritiesAbility to foster a positive, collaborative team environmentStrong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsExperience in training and development of process documentationProactively pursue process improvement and ownership of issues with attention to detail and accuracySystem implementation/technical interface experience and development of system documentation for AP functionMulti-functional project environment experienceEducation/Experience:5 years accounts payable experience (shared service preferred) and some college preferredExperience with multiple accounts payable systems (purchasing/AP integrated)Strong computer skills – experience with MS Office softwareAdditional InformationRegards, Monil Patel Technical Recruiter Integrated Resources, Inc
