 Are you an experienced accounting professional ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for an Accounting Supervisor to lead a small but dynamic team within a growing logistics operation. This is a newly created role—your expertise will directly shape the accounting function!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor one direct report!
• Oversee AP/AR processes, including invoice approvals, reimbursements, vendor communications, and payment postings.
• Handle debit/credit entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
• Collaborate with the team to improve manual and system-based accounting processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 5–10 years of accounting experience, including 2+ years supervising others.
• SAP experience is a plus—but not required! Comfort with manual processes is welcome.
• Strong communicator, problem-solver, and team leader.
• Local to Torrance/Carson or able to commit to hybrid onsite schedule (2 days/week; 3 months onsite training).
