Lead a High-Impact Finance Function in Behavioral Health
OnPoint is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to lead core accounting operations in a mission-driven behavioral health organization serving Allegan County. This role is ideal for an experienced accountant who is ready to supervise staff, strengthen processes, and play a key role in financial integrity, compliance, and reporting.
You’ll oversee critical areas including accounts payable, payroll, grants, and financial close, while mentoring a small team and contributing to ongoing system and process improvements.

Salary: $63,876.80 - $88,171.20 (based on experience)

What You Bring
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3-4 years accounting experience
Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
Demonstrated ability to lead, prioritize, and work independently
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in governmental accounting or healthcare/behavioral health
Familiarity with grant compliance (2 CFR 200)
Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics GP a plus)
Strong Excel skills
Lived experiences with mental illness, developmental disabilities, and/or substance use disorders valued.
Work Environment
This position supports a hybrid work schedule with a regular on-site presence in Allegan, MI, working in a professional office environment with occasional local travel.
Additional Information
Positions to be Filled
One full-time position (40 hours/week).
