Job Title: Accounting Specialist
Location: Lake Zurich, IL
Work Schedule:10:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 30 hours per week
Assignment Type: 2 month contract with possibility of extension
Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 / Hourly

· Invoicing
· Credit and Collections
· Deposits
· Cash applications
· Setting up customer
· Setting up vendor
· Payments
· Verifying invoices against purchase orders
· Employee expense reimbursement through Expensify
· Preparing and examining financial documents
· Other projects as deemed necessary
