Accounting Specialist


Onsite | Full‑Time


We’re hiring an experienced Accounting Specialist to support day‑to‑day accounting operations in a stable, hands‑on environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates well, and enjoys working independently.


What You’ll Do



  • Process high‑volume Accounts Payable (3‑way match, invoice entry, weekly check runs)

  • Research and resolve discrepancies

  • Support cash application and light Accounts Receivable activities

  • Work closely with accounting leadership in the ERP system


What We’re Looking For



  • 5+ years of accounting experience

  • Strong AP background; AR/cash application a plus

  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable asking questions

  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills
