As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for: Processing cash transfers between company accounts Preparing bank account reconciliations and processing bank deposits Performing general ledger account reconciliations and journal entries Managing accounts payable processing Supporting other accounting functions as needed to ensure smooth financial operations
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have: Degree in Accounting or a related field 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience Experience with QuickBooks Knowledge of accounts payable processes and bank reconciliations Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Location & Schedule:
