Graham Personnel Services is seeking a highly organized Accounting Specialist to oversee daily accounting functions and support overall office operations. This role is responsible for financial reporting, bookkeeping, and ensuring the office runs efficiently on a day-to-day basis.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all core accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
  • Record daily journal entries and ensure accuracy of financial data
  • Assist with budget preparation and monthly financial reporting
  • Process payroll and support employee benefits and insurance administration
  • Maintain organized and accurate records, both financial and administrative
  • Oversee general office operations such as filing, correspondence, and supply management
  • Review records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
  • Identify and implement improvements to office processes and workflow
  • Prepare reports for management as needed
  • May assist with training or supervising administrative staff


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business (required)
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting and/or office administration
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
  • Effective communication skills
