Are you or someone you know a detail-oriented, highly organized individual? Qualified Staffing is hiring for an Accounting Specialist position in Macon, Ga!
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pmPay: $15-$18/hour
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service via walk-in, email, and phone
  • Communicate with departments and vendors
  • Typing, record maintenance, bookkeeping, and issuing receipts and payments
  • Review general ledger accounts for accuracy
  • Post payments, process checks, assist with deposits
  • Assist with AP reconciliation
  • Respond to vendor and departmental payment inquiries
 Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
