Accounting Operations Specialist
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Operations Specialist:
• Manage cash applications, accounts payable, and vendor administration
• Perform reconciliations and support month-end close
• Oversee credit card processing and expense tracking
• Investigate discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records
• Identify process improvements and maintain SOPs
Qualifications for the Accounting Operations Specialist:
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Experience with cash applications and accounts payable
• Exposure to reconciliations and general accounting processes
