Accounting/Office Manager
A reputable commercial roofing contractor is looking to bring an Accounting/Office Manager to their team. They need a responsible team-player that can manage payroll, accounting aspects, job costing & tracking, and administrative operations. The Account/Office Manager will have staff assisting them, the manager will delegate duties as they see fit.
Accounting/Office Manager Primary Duties
- Payroll, Accounts Payable & Receivables, Job Cost Analysis
- Coordinate with CPA for financial statement review and tax prep
- Manage general ledger
- Prepare W-2s/1099s
- Onboard new employees
- OSHA reporting and documentation
- Issue purchase orders and requests
Accounting/Office Manager Qualifications
- Accounting related degree
- Experience with and/or ability to learn accounting and job tracking software systems
- Strong background with full/cycle payroll
- Ability to train and delegate
- Communication skills, able to work with all personality types
