We are seeking an Accounting Manager – Unanet & ADP Expert for a full-time onsite role in Columbia, MD.
The candidate will lead financial operations, oversee core accounting functions, manage an offshore team, and serve as the primary expert for Unanet ERP and ADP payroll systems. Responsibilities include managing G/L, A/P, A/R, payroll, financial reporting, cash flow, budgeting, tax filings, and internal audits. The role involves configuring and optimizing Unanet, generating reports, and supporting upgrades and integrations. Additionally, the manager will administer ADP payroll, ensure compliance, and oversee employee benefits integration. Leadership of offshore team tasks, training, and workflows is essential.
Qualifications include 5+ years in accounting/finance, deep Unanet and ADP experience, government contracting knowledge, and supervisory skills. Preferred skills are ERP implementation, automation tools, and CPA certification. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and remote team management experience.
