The Accounting Manager supports daily accounting operations across multiple entities. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance, and operational financial discipline while managing a small accounting team and partnering with leadership.This position is ideal for a hands‑on accounting professional who thrives in a high‑volume environment and is ready to grow into a future Controller‑level role.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting OperationsLead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.Review and analyze financial statements for completeness, consistency, and alignment with operational performanceSupport month-end and year-end close across multiple entitiesEnsure timely bank reconciliations and balance sheet integrityMaintain quality control over financial transactions and reporting accuracyAssist with preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance reportingSupport regulatory reporting and audit preparationResearch technical accounting issues for compliance with GAAPTeam & Cross-Functional LeadershipSupervise accounting staff as assignedPartner with operations to ensure accurate reportingQualificationsRequired4+ years' experience in accounting or finance leadership (Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, or similar)Strong understanding of financial statements and detailed financial analysisExperience with multi-entity accounting preferredAdvanced Excel skills and ERP experiencePreferredCPA or CPA-track.Experience in beauty, distribution, logistics, or e-commerce environments.#J-18808-Ljbffr
