Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager role in Stockton, CA offers a full-time, on-site opportunity with a salary range of $110,000-$130,000.

About the Role:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, month-end close, AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, ensure GAAP compliance, and lead month, quarter, and year-end closes.
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Support audit processes, analyze data for process improvements, and mentor accounting staff.
• 
  Qualifications:
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with leadership preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge, ERP and advanced Excel skills.
• Industry experience in manufacturing, logistics, or related fields is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities. CPA is a bonus but not required.
