Accounting Manager

Join our dynamic team as an Accounting Manager and play a vital role in shaping the financial health of our organization. Based at our Stevens Point headquarters, this key leadership position offers the opportunity to oversee a talented accounting team, support strategic decision-making, and drive continuous improvement across our financial processes. If you’re passionate about turning complex data into actionable insights and ensuring operational excellence, this is the perfect role for you. This is a Direct Hire, on-site opportunity that is Full-Time. 

Wage: 90k
Schedule: 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience
  • CPA preferred
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Proficiency in accounting, reporting, forecasting, and business intelligence systems
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis abilities
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities
  • Commitment to accuracy, integrity, and deadlines

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with financial modeling and KPIs development
  • Knowledge of inventory management and lease reporting
  • Familiarity with audit processes and internal controls
  • Cross-department collaboration experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in accounting roles
  • CPA certification is highly desirable

Other Requirements:

  • On-site availability at our Stevens Point HQ
  • Willingness to support ongoing process improvements and cross-functional projects
  • Support for annual audit and compliance activities
