Accounting Manager

Our small‑but‑mighty team is passionate, collaborative, and genuinely proud of what we do.What You'll DoThis role is the financial backbone of our organization. You'll keep things running accurately, efficiently, and on time while working closely with our CFO and CEO. Here's where you'll spend your time:Accounts Payable & Financial Processing: Process invoices, contracts, and organizational obligations; prepare invoices to the College and donors; reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly; prepare routine financial reports.General Ledger & Journal Entries: Prepare journal entries for prepaid expenses, depreciation, gift fees, and payroll.Audit & Board Support: Help prepare audit schedules, board and committee meeting packets, and take minutes for Audit, Finance, and Investment Committee meetings.Tax & Compliance: Prepare 1099s and assist with our annual 990 filing.Administrative & Records Management: Maintain our Finance shared drive, manage offsite records, and pitch in on organizational events.Who You AreYou're someone who finds satisfaction in clean books, accurate reports, and systems that actually work.
