Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the company's accounting operations, including financial reporting, general ledger management, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. This role will work closely with finance leadershipand cross-functional teams to support efficient accounting processes, maintain compliance with accounting standards, and provide valuable financial insights to support business decisions.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a diverse accounting team, fostering growth and collaboration.
  • Supervise financial reporting for external and internal stakeholders.
  • Direct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
  • Review tasks to maintain high standards of accuracy.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Prepare and review SEC filings.
  • Prepare internal financial reports for key stakeholders.
  • Lead forecasting processes and provide variance analysis.
  • Coordinate the annual operating plan process.
  • Manage invoicing and reconcile payments.
  • Review and analyze general ledger accounts.
  • Stay informed about accounting standards and implement changes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Perform financial analyses and prepare forecasts.
  • Set and enforce corporate accounting policies.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 6-8 years of experience.
  • 3-5 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional financial analysis skills.
  • Clear communication of complex financial concepts.
  • Knowledge of internal controls and commitment to accurate financial reporting.
