    Manager, Accounting
    Salary:130k-150k plus bonus

    Key Responsibilities for the Manager, Accounting:


    • Lead month-end close activities, including inventory reserves, accruals, and reporting

    • Oversee inventory accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis

    • Partner with manufacturing plants to resolve costing, inventory, and margin issues

    • Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting accuracy

    • Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies

    • Mentor and develop a team of accounting professionals


    Qualifications for the Manager, Accounting:


    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred

    • 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including 2+ in manufacturing

    • Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, GL, and costing processes

    • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, or OneStream preferred)
