LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing client in the Oklahoma City, OK area to fill an Accounting Manager position. Seeking a hands-on leader to oversee accounting and financial reporting across GAAP. This role manages a team, drives accurate regulatory reporting, and partners across the business on complex accounting and analytics. This position is primarily in office Monday - Friday.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and review work of the corporate accounting team
Oversee financial reporting and regulatory filings (annual statements, audits, etc.)
Ensure compliance with GAAP and other accounting standards
Support complex accounting research and process improvements
Partner cross-functionally and leverage data for insights
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Accounting (Master's/CPA preferred)
Public accounting experience (management strongly preferred)
Minimum 8 years accounting experience
Advanced Excel + ERP experience required
Strong financial reporting, analytics, and communication skills
