Business Development Lead
Location: Lakewood
Reports to: CEO / Head of Sales
Compensation:$75k$100k base + 10% commission on net profit
Role Overview
Own customer opportunities end-to-end, from first conversation through execution or intentional close. This role focuses on turning unclear, non-standard customer requests into executed business through strong ownership, organization, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of customer opportunities from start to finish
Clarify incomplete or ambiguous customer needs
Create solutions when no obvious path exists
Stay organized and always know next steps
Research options and work cross-functionally to move deals forward
Follow up consistently to prevent stalled opportunities
Identify one-time vs. repeat vs. long-term customers
Share insights to improve opportunity handling
