Accounting Manager

Overview Our client is a high-growth, private equity-backed B2B distributor operating across multiple entities and warehouse locations in the South, Southwest, and Midwest. They are adding an Accounting Manager to their growing finance team. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the CFO of a rapidly growing company with a fast track to Controller for the right candidate .Responsibilities Full month-end and year-end close across multiple entitiesMulti-entity consolidation, intercompany transactions, and eliminationsInventory accounting, costing, cycle counts, and margin analysisConsolidated financial reporting and management packages for the CFOLeading and developing a team of staff accountants, AR/AP specialists, and bookkeepersDriving process standardization and internal controls across the organizationQualifications 5–8+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years managing a teamBackground in distribution, wholesale, or a warehouse-intensive businessHands-on experience with multi-entity consolidation and intercompany accountingComfort working in an inventory-heavy environmentBachelor\'s in Accounting or FinanceStrong GAAP foundation and internal controls mindsetNice to have Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experiencePrior experience in a private equity-backed companyInterested or know someone who\'d be a great fit?
