Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Controller in the preparation of financial statements
• Overseeing accounts payable and receivable, cash flow statements, and following up on billing issues
• Perform cost accounting duties and inventory reconciliations
• General ledger management including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Managing the month-end close processes including accruals and bank recs
• Assist in the annual budget, forecasting, and financial analytics

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in corporate or public accounting
• Intermediate to advanced experience in MS Excel; experience utilizing an ERP required
• Excellent communicative and organizational skills
