Join this family-owned consumer products company as the Accounting Manager to lead and oversee core financial operations for a growing organization. This role is responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight while partnering closely with ownership and department leaders. The ideal candidate brings deep accounting expertise, strong leadership skills, and experience in inventory-driven environments.


What you’ll do



  • Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

  • Manage the general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, and human resources functions

  • Monitor cash flow, forecast financial trends, and support financial planning

  • Maintain accurate inventory records, reconcile discrepancies, and collaborate with operations to ensure proper valuation and controls

  • Analyze inventory turnover and recommend process improvements

Who you are



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting

  • 7+ years of related accounting experience

  • Manufacturing, distribution, inventory experience

  • 3+ years of experience managing, supervising, and motivating staff

  • You are proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet-based tools
