We’re seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations across multiple business units, with a focus on reporting, analysis, and operational support.

Key responsibilities:
Oversee financial activities for multiple operational units (aggregates / construction materials)
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and present to leadership
Lead month-end close including accruals, inventory, production entries, and reconciliations
Partner with operations on budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
Manage inventory processes, reporting, and physical counts
Support internal/external audits and maintain SOX compliance
Analyze financial data using Excel and ERP/reporting tools (Hyperion, Essbase)
Collaborate cross-functionally with plant managers and senior leadership

What we’re looking for
5+ years of accounting / finance experience
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
Prior leadership or supervisory experience required
Advanced Excel skills and experience with large ERP systems
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with operations teams
