Are you an experienced Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, or Accounting Supervisor looking for an opportunity to make a visible impact within a growing manufacturing company?
We're partnering with a privately held manufacturing company seeking an Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations while partnering closely with executive leadership and operations. This is a hands-on leadership role with broad responsibility across financial reporting, month-end close, inventory accounting, process improvement, and staff development.

What You'll Do
- Lead the monthly and year-end close process
- Oversee general ledger accounting and financial reporting
- Supervise and mentor members of the accounting team
- Partner with operations on inventory and manufacturing accounting
- Coordinate annual audits and strengthen internal controls
- Help improve accounting processes while supporting budgeting and forecasting
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Current or recent experience as an Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, Accounting Supervisor, or similar accounting leadership role
- Manufacturing, consumer products, distribution, or other inventory-intensive industry experience
- Strong general ledger accounting and month-end close experience
- Experience leading or supervising accounting staff
- ERP experience and a continuous improvement mindset
Compensation & Benefits
- $115,000–$140,000 base salary
- Annual bonus
