They are committed to delivering exceptional services while maintaining a culture that encourages teamwork and fun.RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING MANAGER / ASSISTANT CONTROLLERMonth-end close proceduresAccount and sub‑ledger reconciliationsBank reconciliationsIntercompany reconciliationsCash applicationPreparation of financial statements for international businessPreparation of consolidated financial statementsManagement of one Accounting ClerkAssist in VAT filings and international regulatory filingsAssist the Accounting Clerk with customer and vendor disputesAssist in year‑end financial auditQUALIFICATIONS OF THE ACCOUNTING MANAGER / ASSISTANT CONTROLLERBachelor's or Master's Degree in AccountingCPA preferred3‑5 years of progressive accounting experiencePublic accounting experience or a combination of public accounting and industry experience preferredExcellent management, communication, and interpersonal skillsTeam‑oriented attitudeTarget salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 DOE.
