Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead general accounting operations, oversee financial reporting, ensure GAAP compliance, and manage a team within a fast-paced oil & gas environment.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of accounting experience
Oil & Gas industry experience required (Midstream preferred)
Experience leading or supervising an accounting team
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
CPA preferred
Experience with TIPS, Waterfield, and Power BI
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting
Supervise and mentor the accounting team
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and reports
Analyze accounting processes and recommend improvements
Partner with auditors and cross-functional teams
