Crossroad Health Center focuses on treating the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—with dignity, respect, and compassion, in alignment with its Christ-centered values.Role Description The Accounting Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cincinnati, OH. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including managing the general ledger, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and ensuring accurate and timely recording of journal entries. The Accounting Manager will monitor and reconcile fixed assets, oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, and support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This role will collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights, maintain internal controls, support audits, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and organizational policies.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Statements and Finance, including preparing, reviewing, and interpreting reports for decision-making.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support strategic planning.Candidates should possess experience with Journal Entries (Accounting) and general ledger management to ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions.Candidates should possess knowledge of Fixed Assets, including tracking, reconciliation, and depreciation processes.Relevant skills and qualifications include proficiency with accounting software and Excel, understanding of nonprofit or healthcare accounting, strong attention to detail, and experience maintaining internal controls.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications (such as CPA or CMA) are a plus.Ability to communicate clearly, work collaboratively across teams, manage multiple priorities, and uphold the organization's mission and values.#J-18808-Ljbffr
