- Ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
- Maintain internal controls and support audits
- Analyze variances, support budgeting, and develop financial models
- Collaborate across departments and mentor accounting staff
- Manage internal controls, reconciliations, and compliance
The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience, a degree in Accounting or Finance, strong Excel skills, and leadership abilities. Preferred qualifications include CPA/CMA and experience with ERP systems.
