Outstanding pportunity for Accounting Manager with a growing Georgia based manufacturer. The position is responsible for managing the organization’s administrative functions and operations utilizing generally accepted accounting principles.Total compensation is up to $140k
Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing guidance and expertise to senior management on fiscal control and profitability
Manages all accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
Ensures sound internal financial management control systems and procedures for accounting
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Assists the CFO in decision making to maximize resources and effectiveness
Identify and manage the organization’s cash flow
Qualifications and Skills:
10+ years of experience in accounting with demonstrated increasing responsibility
Experience working for a privately held entity preferred
Demonstrated analytical ability with strong attention to detail
Demonstrated leadership skills: coaching, team development, conflict resolution and goal setting
