We are offering an exciting position at a growing company in Avon, Ohio, for an experienced Accounting Manager.
The role involves overseeing the general ledger, month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, cash forecasting, fixed assets, and tax processes such as property, sales & use tax, and 1099s.
The candidate will follow established accounting procedures, recommend improvements, and liaise with external auditors.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, at least 6 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Excel, strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly is essential.
