Job Title: Accounting Manager - Manufacturing Finance Leader

Join a growing Middlesex County, NJ manufacturer delivering advanced power conversion solutions to critical industries. This is a high-impact leadership role where you"ll drive financial strategy, optimize operations, and influence key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead all financial reporting, month-end close, and general ledger activities ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Oversee AR, AP, and accounting teams while driving process improvements and internal controls
* Serve as Cost Accounting SME, supporting inventory management, cost control, and manufacturing insights
* Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and financial strategy




Required Skills & Experience:
* Bachelor"s degree in Accounting with 5-10 years of accounting/finance experience
* Strong background in financial reporting, general ledger, and manufacturing/cost accounting
* Prior leadership experience managing accounting teams in a fast-paced environment
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Epicor experience a plus)

Preferred Skills & Experience:
* CPA and/or Master"s degree
* Experience with SQL, data modeling, or Power BI

Compensation & Additional Info:
* $150,000-$180,000 base salary + 15% bonus + full benefits package
* Must be able to meet ITAR compliance requirements (U.S. person or eligible authorization)
