Accounting Manager – Multi-Entity AccountingIf you're an experienced accounting professional who enjoys taking ownership of the entire accounting function, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a complex, multi-entity environment.Our client is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee the accounting for more than 30 companies, trusts, and investment entities. This is a hands‑on role responsible for everything from daily accounting and month‑end close to financial reporting, payroll, and tax support.ResponsibilitiesManage the full accounting cycle for 30+ companies, trusts, and investment entities using QuickBooks Desktop.Prepare monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.Process accounts payable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and general ledger activity.Coordinate with the outside CPA by assembling tax information and supporting tax preparation.Review draft tax returns to ensure they reconcile to the underlying accounting records.Maintain organized financial records and ensure timely, accurate reporting.Support ownership with a variety of accounting and financial projects.QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.5+ years of progressive accounting experience.Experience managing the full accounting cycle for multiple entities.Experience preparing financial statements and month‑end close.Experience working directly with outside CPA firms during tax preparation.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.PreferredExperience with real estate, trusts, investment entities, or oil & gas.Experience reviewing tax returns and preparing tax workpapers.Why You'll Love This OpportunityThis is an opportunity to own the accounting function in a stable, well‑established organization where your experience and judgment will be valued.
