This role will report directly to the Controller and play a key role in financial reporting, compliance, and supporting project accounting across multiple locations.Key Responsibilities Manage the general ledger, month-end close, and preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAPCollaborate with project managers to ensure accurate job costing, billing, and revenue recognitionAssist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisEnsure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and external audit requirementsQualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)5+ years of progressive accounting experienceStrong knowledge of accounting softwareDetermining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
