Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager (Manufacturing) - South Shore, MA

Our Client, a well-established and growing manufacturing organization on Boston's South Shore, is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, payroll accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit support. 

This position will pay $110-130K on a base salary

What You’ll Do:

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Oversee GL, AP/AR, payroll accounting, cost accounting, and cash management
• Manage audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance
• Partner with leadership on forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff
• Improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting accuracy

What We’re Looking For:

• BS Degree in Accounting or related field
• 10+ years of accounting/finance experience
• 5+ years in an accounting leadership role
• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
• Strong ERP systems, payroll, and Microsoft Office skills
• Proven leadership, analytical, and communication abilities
