Accountant Manager - $104K HTM Contractors, Inc. | Honolulu, HI
We are seeking a full time accounting manager to join our team! HTM Contractors, Inc. is a leader in the residential and commercial market in Honolulu, Hawaii. We are a diversified service contractor that specializes in tree service, junk removal, roll-off dumpster rental, environmental cleaning/street sweeping, and our team members take pride in the work we deliver.
Pay & Schedule:
$104,000 Annually
Monday-Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

The Work:
Lead daily accounting functions
Ensure timely transaction processing and accurate data management in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
Accurate, on-time financial reporting
Perform reconciliations, manage cash flow, and support forecasting activities
Ensure adherence to established accounting policies and regulatory requirements
Oversee QBO’s Chart of Accounts, General Ledger, and customer/vendor records, ensuring data integration with related systems like Service Fusion and Red Team
Update accounting procedures, support job costing, and develop training materials to boost accuracy and efficiency
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in related field.
Supervisory or management experience (required)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Supervise, lead, and develop a high-performing accounting team
Exercise sound administrative judgement
Maintain high standards in financial data integrity.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, MyiSolved, Red Team and Service Fusion is a plus.
