Core Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting functions (AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations).

- Maintain organized, audit-ready financial records.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Business Support:
- Partner with leadership to provide financial insights.
- Help track performance against budgets and goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
- Support department leaders with financial visibility.
What Success Looks Like:
- Accurate and timely monthly financial reporting.
- Strong control of accounts receivable and payable.
- Clear visibility into financial performance and cash flow.
- Organized, consistent, and reliable financial processes.
What We’re Looking For:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of accounting experience.
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience in construction, service, or project-based accounting.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting systems.
- Experience improving or building financial processes.
Who You Are:
- Accountable and reliable — you take ownership of your work.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.
- Clear communicator who can explain financials to non-financial team members.
- Proactive problem-solver.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting Salary: $79,040 annually.
- Growth Potential: Up to $102,960 within 2 years.
- Health & Dental Insurance.
- 401(k) with Roth option + Employer Match.
- Paid Continuing Education & Training.
- Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
- Family-oriented, pet-friendly workplace.
