  • Oversee the financial onboarding and setup of new clients and matters within the firm's accounting system.

  • Review intake information to ensure accuracy and completeness before financial setup.

  • Establish and maintain client billing rates, fee arrangements, and matter-specific financial details.



Qualifications(Accounting Intake Specialist):



  • Experience in accounting, billing, finance operations, legal billing, or client/matter intake.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
